Jimi Hendrix’s First Home in London

In the minds of many still the greatest guitarist in history, Jimmy Hendrix lived in the Hyde Park Towers between Nov 1966 and Feb 1967 and wrote the song 'Stone Free' during that period.

Pay tribute to Jimi Hendrix on 17 September 2010 at 7.30pm and join the party at Hyde Park Towers Hotel.

You may not know that the Hyde Park Tower’s Hotel is Hendrix’s first home where he wrote the Stone Free song in room 86.

A Purple Haze cocktail and Wild Thing (a potent brew!) are some of surprises we are preparing for you!
